Rules for Entry

To Enter:

1. Purchase any Pringles® 158g
2. Scan the QR code or visit pringlespromotions.com to join Pringles Scorching Summer website
3. Participants must take a picture of their receipt and upload to the website
4. Participants must complete the information on the website by filling in their name, address,
   email, contact number and store name when submitting their entry on the website

Terms and Conditions

• All entries must be received between June 20 to July 31, 2026. Enter as often as you wish.
• No written receipts will be accepted. Receipts must clearly show the following information: transaction number, date of purchase, name of store and the quantity of qualifying items purchased.
• Winners will be randomly selected via It’s Pixel Perfect randomizer software and notified by telephone. Personal information will be used only for the purpose of notifying winners.
• All participants will be automatically entered into the grand prize competition.
• Incomplete or illegible entries are ineligible.
• Valid driver’s license, passport, school ID or electoral ID required to redeem all prizes.
• Unclaimed prizes will remain the property of Wisynco Group Limited.
• Employees of the sponsor, Wisynco Group Limited, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, its judging organization, and any family members, i.e. parents, spouse, siblings and children are not eligible.

Eligibility

Only open to consumers, 18 years of age and over, of the participating outlets in Jamaica. Employees of the sponsor, Wisynco Group Limited, and its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, its judging organization, and any family members i.e. parents, spouse, siblings and children are not eligible. Persons may enter as often as they wish. This promotion is intended for viewing in Jamaica only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to Jamaican law. Consumers are not authorized to participate in the prize competition if they are not legal residents of Jamaica.

Limitation of Liability

By entering this prize competition, all entrants agree to these official rules. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) the Sponsor may use their name, picture and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. The sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by  the winner for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance or use of a prize or participation in this Prize Competition. Refusal of the above clause will result in the forfeiture of right to claim prize.  The winner will be required to sign an agreement upon collection of prize.

Details of Prizes

1. Weekly prizes will be awarded to participants. Random winners will be selected weekly to win one of four prizes:

• Week 1 – Western Sports voucher valued at Twenty Thousand dollars ($20,000.00). No expiry date.
• Week 2 – Igloo Sixty (60) Quart Ice Chest on Wheels valued at Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($23,220.00)
• Week 3 – Beats Pill X Kim Kardashian – Wireless Bluetooth Speaker and Portable Charger valued at Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Five Dollars and Sixty Five cents ($18,695.65)
• Week 4 – JBL Tune 720BT Wireless Bluetooth Headphones valued at Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and Four cents ($13, 913.04)
• Week 5 – Apple Airpods 4 A3050 valued at Forty One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Nine Dollars and thirteen cents ($41,739.13 )
• Week 6 – Courts Voucher valued at Twenty Thousand dollars ($20,000.00). No expiry date.

Drawing and Awarding of Prizes

Weekly Prizes

The It’s Pixel Perfect randomizer software will randomly select one (1) winner for the the weekly prizes and one (1) back up winner from the pool of entries. The draw will done at 237 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6 and will be recorded on Microsoft Teams at 2pm on the select draw dates. A Wisynco representative will contact the winner within 48 hours via telephone to confirm email address for virtual prizes and/or communicate arrangements for delivery or pick up for physical prizes. If the number remains unanswered after three (3) attempts over a 24-hour period, then such person shall be disqualified and the backup entry will be contacted. If the potential backup winner cannot be reached within the time specified above then such person shall be disqualified and the prize retained. Weekly prizes will only be valid for the week outlined and  can only be awarded  for entries received during the outlined period. Each weekly winner will only be able to win one weekly prizes during the promotional period, they will not be eligible to win any subsequent weekly prizes.  Any prize that is not awarded, unclaimed or forfeited during the given week will not be carried forward or added to the prize pool for any subsequent week. If a winner is selected but is unable to receive delivery for their prize during the specified dates, they have until August 31, 2026 to collect from our corporate office or otherwise they forfeit the prize and it become property of Wisynco. Weekly winners will be eligible to win the grand prize.

The two (2) grand prize winners will each receive a LG Smart TV 55” 4K HD  Smart TV) with JBL sound bar model cinema SB70.

On August 4, 2026 at 2:00pm at Wisynco Head Office, Lakes Pen, Spanish Town via a virtual draw that will be recorded on Microsoft Teams, a grand prize draw will be conducted where all entries from the website (pringlespromotions.com) will be automatically entered in the draw pool. The winners will be selected at random via the It’s Pixel Perfect randomizer software . The first two entries drawn will be used as the grand prize winners of the Pringles Kick off promotion. There will be four back-up winners from the pool of entries, each of which will be drawn immediately after.The winners will be contacted via phone by a Wisynco representative with at least three (3) telephone calls attempt over a 24-hr period .If the potential winners cannot be reached within the time specified, then such person shall be disqualified and the backup entry will be used in the order in which it was drawn and contacted. If the potential backup winner cannot be reached within the time specified above then such person shall be disqualified and the prize retained.  The winners have up to one (1) month – (September 4, 2026) to claim their prize after notification. Prize is to be collected from Wisynco head office Lakes Pen, Spanish Town or prize will be forfeited and become the property of Wisynco Group Ltd. Participants must present a valid photo I.D (Passport, National ID, School ID,Driver’s License) for the collection of the prize. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

All unclaimed grand pizes after September 4, 2026, will remain the property of Wisynco Group Ltd. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Advertising/Promotion

The promotion will be advertised on the company’s social media platform including Instagram (@Wisyncohub) along with the participating stores through flyers, standees and pallet wraps. These promotional materials will include the statement: ‘Authorized under section 58 (3) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act.’
